Shipping policy
Pick-up
Items can be picked up for Canberra local customers. Please select this option during checkout, we will send you the pick-up instruction email shortly after you place the order.
Shipping Price
Prices are dependant on weight and size of your parcel, as well as the destination.
Shipping Provider
Our parcels will be delivered by Sendle or Australia Post.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment of order. Delays may be possible but we try to ensure delays are kept to a minimum.
Transit Time
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-14 days.
Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately, if you need to change your delivery address before your order has been dispatched.
Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item. If you wish to send your existing in stock items in the order first, please contact us with your enquiry at info@popnationshop.com. Please note that separate shipping fees will be charged.
Delivery Time Exceeded / My Item Did Not Arrive
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time or your item has not arrived, please contact us at info@popnationshop.com so that we can conduct an investigation for you as soon as possible. Please consider your delivery address responsibly. We cannot be responsible for parcels left at unsafe addresses.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service at info@popnationshop.com. Or please refer to our return policy page for further information.
